PUNCTURE
A personal project, PUNCTURE is an epoxy-resin sculpture which changes lights in response to the human voice. The sculpture serves to explore the meaning of "puncturing the silence" and in this case, also the darkness.
A soundwave form of the word "listen" was designed, 3D printed, and cast in a cone of epoxy. This was a literal translation of the phrase "puncturing the silence."
